Agile Programming guru, Kent Beck offers some great insight in this video to what lies beyond the agile approach, especially with customer requests, and response to changes, etc. This is highly recommended for testers to learn (in brief) some of the insights of the Pull and Push Models. He touches on his principles of the Learn, Measure, Build - but there is more here on Kent’s blog. As testers (especially automation testers) , we fit in here (at least in the Pull Model) so don’t be alarmed. Enjoy!
